FAQs

Below are the questions we get asked all the time, so we have compiled them here. If you have any other questions then please don’t hesitate to send us an email.

Do you take on project based work?

Of course. The packages are just our most popular services rolled up into nicely structured products. If you would like to discuss a project then please get in contact with us here

Do you only offer services to attractions?

No. We do work with other types of business too, attractions are just the market we know best. If you have a project and would like to run through it with us then we would be more than happy to have a chat with you about it. You can reach us here or using the contact details above in the header.

How does the 'edit only' package work?
Are you a marketing agency as well?

Not a traditional marketing agency but we can provide search, display and video advertising for our clients where required. I am Google Ads certified and very familiar with Facebook advertising.

Can you do aerial shots?

I am an A2 CofC CAA certified drone pilot, insured for commercial aerial video and photography work. In cases where this is not possible due to air restrictions, hazardous obstructions, or animals in the flight path we can come other with another solution. In the past, we have simulated aerial shots using telescopic extension poles, helium air balloons, and even done open-door helicopter fly-bys when the budget has stretched to it.

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully covered up to £100,000 and can be revised if needed.
Are their any additional costs involved with the packages?

No. These packages include everything you need to get your videos captured, edited, and delivered. The only exceptions to this will be if you have a specific requirement for actors, filming equipment, stock footage or music.

How do you get the costs down so low on the packages?

Attraction Content is based around myself as a freelancer who works from home and with other freelancers when required. The removal of constant overheads allows me to be much more agile and competitive on pricing.

What equipment do you use?
We use a variety of camera gear including 4k capable cameras, digital stabilisers, and professional audio equipment. We also own our own drones for aerial video and photography. We tend to use the smallest and most lightweight equipment possible, so I can either shoot solo or with a small crew. This is of course dependant on the scale of the shoot and what is required on the day.
When you refer to 'I', who are you?

You can find out more about me and the business here on the ‘About Us’ page.

Do you charge for travel or accommodation costs during shoots
No. We absorb this cost, if we can get any subsidised on-site accommodation (where available) or gear storage it is appreciated but not expected. We are based in Bournemouth, but happy to travel. For regular long-distance work, we would set up an infrastructure to make it work.
Can hours on the monthly plans be carried over to the following month?
Unfortunately we are unable to carry over unused hours to the following months because this impacts our upcoming shooting schedules.
